Brew it up!
- Measure 100g loose leaf tea into a heatproof container.
- Pour 4L of boiling water (100°C) into the container.
- Brew for 10-12 minutes.
- Strain the tea into an insulated tea urn.
- Wait for the tea to cool down to 60°C and cover.
- Use the tea to create your exciting and natural bubble tea recipes!
