Whipping Powder creates a silky, creamy foam to enhance your favorite bubble tea drinks.
The whipped cream adds a subtle and irresistible salty flavor to your sweet drink for a perfectly balanced taste. Instagrammable and widely popular, use our foam cream topping to add a thick "cloud" of yumminess to beverages and desserts.
Bubble up! (4 servings)
1)In a container add 4Tbsp (approx. 60g.
2)Add 240ml cold water.
3)Using either a whisk, an electric mixer or an electric handheld milk frother, mix until completely dissolved.
4)Continue mixing for 2min.
5)You can serve it immediately but for best results refrigerate for 10 minutes.
6)Slowly pour on top of your drink of choice.
7)Watch the magic happen as the toping floats!

Non-dairy creamer, natural cane sugar, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, milk powder, sea salt, whey protein powder. Non-dairy creamer: Coconut oil, glucose syrup, caseinate (milk proteins), anti-caking agent (E341), emulsifier (E472).
Storage
Store in a cool dry place and away from sunlight. Once opened keep in an airtight container Best Before End: see date printed on container.
