We take pride in providing high quality food and non-food products. We have high standards of quality control and all our suppliers go through rigorous annual checks.
We do not buy from wholesalers as all other Bubble Tea suppliers do, which means we work only with suppliers as well that have regular consumer tastings, allowing us to be the leader in quality and innovation for Bubble Tea ingredients and drinks.

Please note that the below is a summary of the points found in our Terms of Sale under sections 8 and 9 (regarding Cancellations and Returns).
Cancellations must be made immediately after placing an order. Once an order has been picked, packed or shipped it will be treated as a return.
Our website is a trade only shop that has food and non-food products. As such we have certain limitations regarding returns and cancellations. (As per our Terms of Sale)
In the event of a return, we cannot accept product back into our warehouse without written approval.
In the event of a return, all items must be returned to our warehouse and not to our registered address (listed above).
- When an item is accepted to be returned to us, once it arrives at our warehouse it will be inspected thoroughly. All items must be in good condition, new and re-sellable. The process of inspection can take up to 14 days.
- In the event of a return, all items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds will not be made until the goods are inspected and accepted back into stock. Refunds may take up to 14 day after the goods have been accepted back into stock.
- All food items are non-refundable.
- All bespoke non-food items are non-refundable
