Bubble up! (Makes 4 servings)
- In a container add 4Tbsp (approx. 60g.
- Add 240ml cold water.
- Using either a whisk, an electric mixer or an electric handheld milk frother, mix until completely dissolved.
- Continue mixing for 2min.
- You can serve it immediately but for best results refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Slowly pour on top of your drink of choice.
- Watch the magic happen as the toping floats!
