For a brain freezing frappé:
- (350ml/12oz) fill a 350ml(12oz) cup with ice, add 150ml fresh milk (or water).
- Pour into blender.
- Scoop 40g (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) into the blender and blend until smooth.
