COVID-19 Update - LATEST UPDATE: 16 JANUARY 2021 - BUSINESS AS USUAL
We know you have some questions, we hope the below can help. We are here to continue to help you and support your business. If you have questions or concerns you can always pop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you still shipping orders?
Yes! The majority of the office team are now working from home, but we’ve got a brilliant, team in our warehouse who are shipping orders to make sure you get your bubble tea!
What measures are in place to keep your staff safe and well?
As the majority of the office team is working from home, and just like it probably has been for you, it's still a little strange, we’re slowly getting used to it! We have regular calls and video calls with the team to make sure everyone is doing okay, and also virtual tea rounds!
We have a team in our warehouse who are still working to make sure your orders are shipping on time. They are working at least two metres apart from each other, and are also wearing masks and gloves. Each team member also has a social distancing considerate commute, whether it be cycling, walking or driving.
I haven’t received my order yet, where is it? (UK orders)
Sorry if your tea hasn’t arrived yet! Our national postal service is experiencing severe delays at the moment due to a reduced workforce and a surge of parcels. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipping, pop us an email at email@example.com. Please bear with Royal Mail.

If your order was shipped via courier or pallet service and you haven't received it within 5 days of shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What about international parcels? Are you still shipping overseas?
Yes! We are still shipping to our international customers too. However, each country has their own delays too due to reduced air travel and workforce and increased time spent going through customs. This guide shows the latest updates on the current situation for each country.
