Brew it up! 

1. Measure 100g loose leaf tea into a heatproof container.
2. Pour 4L of boiling water (100°C) into the container.
3. Brew for 10-12 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into an insulated tea urn.
5. Wait for the tea to cool down to 60°C and cover.
6. Use the tea to create your exciting and natural bubble tea recipes!
