CASE of Tapioca Pearls (8.5mm) (6 x 3kg = £6.50each)
BUBBLE TEA HOUSE COMPANY BROWN SUGAR FLAVOUR TAPIOCA STARCH PEARLS (6mm).
1) In a large pot, place 1L of water. Boil.
2) Add Tapioca Pearls to boiling water.
3) Stir to prevent from sticking to the bottom of the pot. The Tapioca Pearls should float in the water.
4) Cover the pot and simmer for about 25 minutes.
5) Turn the heat off and let the Pearls sit in the hot water for another 25 minutes.
6) Drain the Pearls and rinse with cold water.
7) Place in a bowl and add fructose syrup.
